By profession, Dexter holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Social Worker. His career has been dedicated to helping others navigate emotional battles, build resilience, and find strength during their most difficult seasons. Now, he is expanding that mission by working toward becoming a Certified Personal Trainer — combining mental health expertise with physical transformation to help people change their lives from the inside out.

Outside of the gym and his professional work, Dexter values time with his daughter, family, traveling, and connecting with new people. For him, building strength physically, mentally, and spiritually isn’t just personal — it’s a lifestyle meant to inspire others.
